Call for LID Board Nominations!

LID is now accepting board nominations for 2026.

Joining the LID Board means stepping into real political power for Brooklyn’s LGBTQIA+ community. As a board member, you help shape the club’s endorsements, policy priorities, organizing strategy, and the way we build queer political power across the borough. You’ll work directly with elected officials, community organizations, and campaigns, and you’ll gain hands-on experience in leadership, advocacy, and movement building.

If you want to build community, grow as a leader, and help drive LGBTQIA+ political power into 2026 and beyond, this is the place to do it. LID is only as strong as the people who step up, and we want you at the table.
